		<description>great post!  I have to agree that one of the things that &quot;suffers&quot; from my work-at-home lifestyle is my physical fitness.  People don&#039;t realize the health benefit you get just from walking to and from your car when you go to work!  There is a definite plus side to eating at home rather than running to the fast food joint every day, both money and health wise.  And yes, my pup is very happy that he has me to himself all day long!</description>
